The Troll Behind the Curtain:

In my opinion, the pig-vomit troll of counsel to the trustee, is the human embodiment of legal mildew—the kind that festers in the darkest corners of the system, thriving on loopholes, deception, and the suffering of those caught in its grip.

I’ve dealt with my fair share of bad actors, but this troll stands out—not for his brilliance, not for his skill, but for his ability to attach himself like a parasite to a corrupt process and keep it going. While the trustee stumbles through her role, it’s Pig-vomit who pulls the strings, orchestrating a game of obstruction, delay, and deceit.

If there were an Olympic event for legal scummiest, I have no doubt the troll would not only win gold—he’d rig the competition and then overbill for it. His tactics don’t reflect justice, fairness, or even basic competence. Instead, he plays the system like a sewer rat navigating a drainpipe—always looking for an angle, always feeding off the filth.

I wouldn’t put it past this troll to actually believe he’s clever, but the truth is, his legacy will be that of a bottom-feeding opportunist, not a lawyer of merit. And while he may enjoy the momentary thrill of his games, history has a way of remembering the worst among us.

The Court Appointed Trustee: The Creature Couldn’t Find Her Way Out of a Paper Bag.

In my opinion, the trustee I was assigned is what happens when incompetence is given authority. If there were a Hall of Fame for laziness, negligence, and sheer intellectual absence, she’d have a lifetime membership—and somehow still find a way to misplace the plaque.

I’ve met inept people before, but this clown is a special case. She’s dumber than a bag of rocks—Others have concurred. I’m not even sure if she fully understands the role of a trustee, because if she does, then that makes her negligence even worse. This is someone who was tasked with handling $6.4m in estate assets spanning Maui, HI to Colorado and instead she sat back and watched as property vanished, money went uncollected, and outright theft took place—right in front of her.

Now, some might say she’s corrupt, but I tend to think corruption requires effort. And effort is something this trustee has never displayed. It takes a certain kind of apathy to lose track of millions, ignore blatant fraud, and still collect a paycheck without breaking a sweat. It’s almost impressive in a tragic way—like watching a sloth try to run a marathon.

But let’s be honest: she isn’t pulling the strings here. That would require thought, strategy, and basic competence—all things she clearly lacks. No, she’s just a pawn, a placeholder, a hollow suit collecting fees while her troll of an attorney, Pig-vomit, drags this disaster forward. She’s merely the face of an operation she doesn’t even understand.

If justice were a real thing in this system, this dunce trustee would have been removed long ago for dereliction of duty. But in this broken machine, failure is rewarded—and she’s living proof of that.
