Update: More Negligence from the Trustee

The unraveling continues.

After years of mismanagement, the trustee has once again failed to perform her most basic duties—this time by miscalculating significant capital gains taxes related to the forced sale of my home. I warned her in advance, and it’s on the record.

Anyone with even basic financial literacy should understand that selling a home originally built for $225,000 and sold nearly 30 years later for $1,350,000 would trigger a substantial capital gains tax. And because the sale was forced by the estate—not the individual—no exemption applies.

Let me be clear: the sale was not necessary to pay creditors.
I provided clear proof and the financial means to pay all creditors in full as early as 2022, and again in October 2023.

But with the arrival of a new judge—and a new opportunity for manipulation—Miller and Jagow set the stage with lies and distortion.

To make matters worse, the trustee has failed to file estate tax returns for multiple years, with no explanation offered. The courts continue to tolerate this level of negligence without consequence—and the question must be asked: why?

I will not stop here. If necessary, I will take this all the way to the Senate, to Congress, and to the Supreme Court to expose the corruption and lack of oversight that allows this abuse of process to continue unchecked.

This latest, of many, failure by this unqualified court appointed trustee is not a clerical error—it’s part of a systemic pattern of willful avoidance and misrepresentation. The consequences are real: it has directly harmed the financial standing of the estate and deprived creditors of what they’re rightfully owed and could have received years ago.

Worse, I’ve been the one forced to uncover and report these facts—without a single ounce of cooperation from the trustee or her counsel. I spent six hours on the phone calling the IRS, being passed from one department to another, until I finally reached a representative who provided the EIN number for the estate—information the trustee refused to share.

She has offered no explanation for why she’s failed to file Form 1041 estate tax returns year after year. She simply ignores me, as she and her troll of an attorney, Mr. Miller, have done for years.

I recently presented this issue in a detailed letter sent to Senator John Kennedy’s office, along with supporting tax records and court filings. Senator Kennedy is responsible for the bankruptcy committees and I am confident he will find the information and evidence I’ve complied over the years very interesting and of great importance to protect the American people.

The trustee’s ongoing refusal to acknowledge clear, unavoidable tax liabilities—while simultaneously withholding required tax documentation from me—exposes the deep dysfunction and utter lack of transparency that defines this broken bankruptcy system. The problem isn’t just this trustee. It’s the unchecked power granted to trustees across the country, many of whom lack the skill or integrity to manage complex estates—yet wield enormous control, protected by legal shields and emboldened by judicial silence.

Now, her office profile appears as “permanently closed” on Google (link)—yet there’s been no explanation, no communication, and no accountability.

Meanwhile, I and my company, Celestial Properties LLC, remain unlawfully bound to this case—forced to watch years of ignorance and abuse unfold unchecked.

And it begs the question: How many others have they done this to—people who didn’t have the will, stamina, or resources to fight back?

Now that the shovel is in hand and the lies are being unearthed, I will not stop at this incident. I intend to uncover everything.

The new judge said he’s “never seen anything like this case.”
To that I say: Your Honor, it’s time to take off the blinders.

You’ve approved these bad actors without scrutiny.
You’ve failed the duty and honor entrusted to you to protect the People.

You will be reminded of your role.
And the record will show who stood for truth—and who enabled the lie.

This Ends With Truth

They picked the wrong witch.

I have been burned at the stake before—in past lives, in other battles, by same judicial system and its actors that feared truth and silenced those who spoke it.
